Who we are
Riya Homes is a property consultancy serving Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi. We market a small number of projects we know inside-out, instead of listing everything and knowing nothing. Right now that means two developments: independent simplex villas at Khatu Shyam City 3 in Greater Noida West, and plots in Braj Bhoomi Barsana for families who want land in a holy town they can reach on a weekend.
Most of our buyers are first-time owners — families paying rent in NCR who didn't know a whole villa could cost less than a builder floor. Our job is to make that discovery easy to trust: real photos, transparent price lists, written payment plans, and a site visit before any money changes hands.
